组蛋白去乙酰化酶三（Hdac3）敲除后小鼠肿瘤生长情况的检测
我们利用CRISPR-Cas9技术将MCA205和MC38肿瘤细胞系的Hdac1/2/3基因敲除，敲除结果用Western验证。将敲除细胞种植到小鼠皮下观察肿瘤生长情况，每隔3天检测一次。用游标卡尺测量肿瘤大小，精度到0.1mm。
