Paralichthys olivaceus Raw sequence reads

In this study, RNA-Seq was applied to analyze the head kidney of flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) on the seventh day after immunization with inactivated vaccine, as well as the first and seventh day of infection with E. tarda after 5 weeks of immunization.This study demonstrates the protection profile of vaccinated flounder after infection at the transcriptome level and provides immune pathways and genes that are closely associated with protection. It contributes to further understanding of the immune protection mechanism of the vaccine.
