Terms of trade of foreign trade in goods, index 2015=100

This table contains indices and percentage developments in terms of terms of trade, import price and export price of goods. This concerns the import and export of goods on the basis of transfer of ownership. The indices are based on 2015=100. The percentage developments are compared to the same period one year earlier.

Data available from 1995.

Status of the figures:
The data from 1995 to 2020 are final. The data for 2021, 2022 and 2023 are provisional.

Amendments as of 14 November 2023:
The figures for September 2023 have been added. The figures for July and August 2023 have been revised.

The figures on terms of trade, import and export prices may be adjusted on the basis of the availability of new or updated source material of the monthly statistics of international trade and producer prices. In addition, monthly price developments are adjusted retrospectively to those of imports and exports of goods in quarterly and national accounts. A revision of the national accounts takes place every five years.

When will there be new figures?
About six to seven weeks after the end of a month of reporting.
