Time course gene expression pattern during neural crest cell (NCC) differentiation from induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) in three-dimensional (3D) conditions

To clarify the changes in cell properties during the differentiation process from iPSCs into NCC aggregates, we sampled iPSCs and each cell aggregate during the differentiation process and compared gene expression patterns. Overall design: RNA sequencing profiles of 1231A3 iPSCs, cell aggregates at days 1-5, CD271high+ NCCs sorted from day 5 aggregates, and CD271high+ NCCs sorted from two-dimensional (2D) induction protocols.
