This study aimed to investigate the miRNA expression profiles in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) to identify novel potential diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets. Using high-throughput sequencing technology, we analyzed miRNA expression levels in 3 PDAC tissues with good prognosis (T1-T3) and 3 PDAC tissues with poor prognosis (T4-T6). The results revealed significantly distinct miRNA expression patterns between the two groups. Our study identified prognosis-associated miRNAs in PDAC and evaluated their potential as therapeutic targets. Overall design: To systematically identify potential prognostic miRNA biomarkers, this study collected PDAC tissue samples from patients with good (T1–T3) and poor (T4–T6) prognoses. After total RNA extraction, high-throughput sequencing was performed to comprehensively profile differentially expressed miRNAs between the two groups.
