资源简介:
This collection contains nine anonymised transcripts (with associated sample consent form and project information sheet) of interviews with heritage professionals working with the artists commissioned to create temporary artworks in heritage sites, for the Mapping Contemporary Art in the Heritage Experience (MCAHE) Project. These sites are English Heritage Belsay Hall (commissioned artist Susan Philipsz), National Trust Gibside (commissioned artists Andrew Burton and Fiona Curran), National Trust Cherryburn (commissioned artists Mark Fairnington and Marcus Coates), Churches Conservation Trust Holy Trinity Church, Sunderland (commissioned artist Matt Stokes). The heritage professionals were interviewed one to three times across the duration of the commissions, spanning from the beginning to the end of the commissioning process, commission making and installation of the works. The transcripts record their experiences and learning from working with the artists at their heritage sites.
