Self-Assembly of Magnetic Janus Colloids under Magnetic Field - Dataset
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains post-processed output files derived from particle-based simulations, focused on analyzing the structural and orientational behavior of particles under different magnetic field conditions and dipole configurations. The data are organized in folders, where each folder name encodes the simulation parameters used: s: Dipolar shift — defines the relative position of the magnetic dipole inside each particle. s = 0: Dipole is at the center of mass. s = 1: Dipole is at the particle surface. H: Langevin parameter (noted as α in the related publication). H = 0: No external magnetic field applied. H > 0: A magnetic field is present in the system. Each simulation folder contains two plain-text output files: Average_ninj.out: Describes the relative orientations of neighboring particles, including the cosine of their orientation angles, the frequency of occurrence, and associated standard deviations. Average_Repetition.out: Provides a time-resolved summary of clustering metrics, including number of clusters, average cluster size, radius of gyration, and other statistical measures. Each metric is reported with its mean and standard deviation. These data are intended for use in the quantitative analysis of structure and dynamics in soft matter systems, magnetic colloids, or other particle-based models. All variables and calculations are detailed in the accompanying README file.
