Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant and Healthy Donor Single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) combined with T Cell Receptor (TCR) and B Cell Receptor (BCR) sequencing on Timepoints Surrounding SARS-CoV-2 Vaccination and Infection

Single cell RNA-seq (scRNA-seq) combined with T Cell Receptor (TCR) and B Cell Receptor (BCR) sequencing on pre- and post-vaccination (2nd dose) samples, as well as post-infection samples when available, from 4 alloSCT recipients and 3 healthy controls. Overall design: Human blood was ficoll-separated to generate mononuclear cells that were then bead enriched for CD3 and CD19 positive cells at time points pre and post two doses of the SARVS-CoV-2 Vaccine and Surrounding SARS-CoV-2 Infection. 10X libraries were generated using the 10X 5' Single Cell Library Kits with paired VDJ libraries generated.
