Transcriptome of LG-ESS Patient

In this study, we characterize translocations that are frequent in Low Grade Endometrial Stromal Sarcoma (LG-ESS) and Ossifying FibroMyxoid Tumors (OFMT). We find that the fusion protein assembles a mega-complex harboring both NuA4/TIP60 and PRC2 subunits and enzymatic activities and leads to mislocalization of chromatin marks in the genome, linked to aberrant gene expression. mRNA sequencing from frozen LG-ESS Patient samples, Sample 1 (Endometrial Tumor with JAZF1-SUZ12 fusion) and Sample 5 (Endometrial Normal) are paired samples. Sample 3 is another LG-ESS patient sample with the JAZF1-SUZ12 fusion. DE comparisons were done by pair-wise comparisons (1_Vs_5 and 3_Vs_5)
