叶片氮磷比是反映植物养分限制的重要指标之一, 大尺度的叶片氮磷比数据在评估区域生态系统养分利用、氮磷沉降作用下的碳汇潜力具有重要作用。而灌丛生态系统易受人类活动影响, 不确定性较大, 研究灌丛植被叶片氮磷比兼具科学研究和应用价值。本数据集基于可靠的地面实测数据, 结合地理、气象、土壤、人类活动和生物多种要素, 利用机器学习算法, 生成一套中国灌丛植被叶片氮磷比空间分布数据集, 分辨率为1 km, 每个栅格的值为估算的叶片氮磷比, 数据格式为tiff。通过测试集验证和与其他产品比较两个方面的评估, 本数据集具有较好的精度, 能够客观地反映灌丛植被养分限制状况, 为灌丛生态系统养分利用、碳汇潜力估算提供必要的数据支持。
Leaf nitrogen-phosphorus (N:P) ratio is one of the key indicators reflecting plant nutrient limitation. Large-scale leaf N:P ratio data play a critical role in evaluating regional ecosystem nutrient use efficiency and carbon sink potential under nitrogen and phosphorus deposition. Shrubland ecosystems are highly vulnerable to human disturbances and feature great uncertainty, thus studies on leaf N:P ratios of shrub vegetation hold both scientific research and practical application values. This dataset is constructed based on reliable field-measured data, integrating multiple factors including geography, meteorology, soil, human activities and biology, and adopting machine learning algorithms, to generate a spatial distribution dataset of leaf N:P ratios for shrub vegetation across China, with a spatial resolution of 1 km. Each grid cell stores the estimated leaf N:P ratio, and the data format is TIFF. Evaluated through test set validation and comparison with other existing products, this dataset exhibits satisfactory accuracy, can objectively reflect the nutrient limitation status of shrub vegetation, and provides essential data support for nutrient use efficiency assessment and carbon sink potential estimation of shrubland ecosystems.
