Dataset: 3D correlative OM and SEM images of graphene nanocomposites

“3D Reconstruction and Correlative Imaging of Graphene Nanocomposites: Combining Scanning Electron and Optical Microscopies”

This dataset supports the above-mentioned manuscript and is made available for use in modeling, image analysis, and other materials research. It includes imaging data from both scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscopy (OM) for different types of graphene-related nanocomposites.

For each type of graphene nanocomposite, a corresponding 'File format and instructions.rtf' file is included. This document outlines the folder contents, relevant pixel dimensions, and guidelines for using the files effectively.

Additionally, a folder titled 'Correlative analysis example-10kx' is provided for the Exfoliated graphite platelets-epoxy nanocomposites. This example demonstrates the full correlative analysis workflow described in the paper.

We encourage the reuse of this dataset for further research and analysis.
