Created at the initiative of the Diocese of Paris and recognised as a public utility in 1992, the Fondation Notre-Dame (FND) appeals to the generosity of the public to support actions in the charitable, social, educational, artistic, cultural and communication fields. The Court, within the limits of the prerogatives conferred on it by Article L. 111-8 of the Code of Financial Jurisdictions, concludes that the objectives pursued by the call for generosity of the public and by the body of the expenses incurred by the FND from 2010 to 2014 are consistent with the objectives pursued.
