该数据为二次加工数据,主要以海域遥感数据为基础,运用海岸线识别与提取算法,确定舟山附近海域的海岸线,然后运用图形学方法,将地图网格化,区分出可达区域与不可达区域。数据可用于航线规划等场景。1.通过遥感影像数据,获取海岸线轮廓信息。具体做法是:构建海岸线识别与提取模型和海岸线动态变化检测模型,接入遥感影像(多光谱、微波)数据,获取海岸线信息。2.分辨轮廓左旋/右旋属性,判断轮廓包围区域为海洋/陆地。具体做法是:对轮廓进行重新定向,约定逆时针闭合轮廓所围成的区域为陆地,反之为海洋;然后对陆地进行填充,得到二值化的海陆地图。3.最后进行网格划分,按网格存储地图信息。具体做法是:按照固定的经纬线间隔对海陆地图进行切分,得到网格地图;对每个网格(图片)进行base64编码,然后按切分点位进行存储。
This is a secondary processed dataset, which is primarily developed based on marine remote sensing data. First, coastline recognition and extraction algorithms are employed to determine the coastlines in the sea area near Zhoushan. Subsequently, graphic methods are utilized to grid the map and differentiate between accessible and inaccessible areas. This dataset can be applied to scenarios such as route planning.
1. Acquire coastline contour information using remote sensing image data. Specifically, build a coastline recognition and extraction model and a coastline dynamic change detection model, access remote sensing image (multispectral, microwave) data, and obtain coastline information.
2. Distinguish the left-handed/right-handed attributes of the contour to judge whether the area enclosed by the contour is ocean or land. Specifically, reorient the contour, and stipulate that the area enclosed by a counterclockwise closed contour is land, and vice versa for the ocean; then fill the land area to obtain a binarized sea-land map.
3. Finally, perform grid division and store map information by grid. Specifically, split the sea-land map at fixed longitude and latitude intervals to obtain a grid map; encode each grid (image) using base64, and store the data according to the split points.
