Reduced representation of bisulfite sequencing (RRBS) analysis of peripheral blood cells of proximal tubular epithelial cell specific I-PpoI expressing mice.

Using reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS) analysis, we examined how I-PpoI-induced DSBs affected DNA methylation patterns in peripheral blood cells of 16-week-old I-PpoI mice. Overall design: RRBS analysis was performed using Zymo-Seq RRBS Library Kit to analyze DNA methylation patterns. Methylated regions were identified using MACS algorithm, and differential methylation was determined by fold change. Motif analysis was conducted on hypermethylated DMRs using MEME suite.
