T-cell receptor repertoires in HIV-infected patients and healthy controls. Homo sapiens

This study aims to investigate the global impact of HIV infection - and subsequent antiretroviral treatment - upon the alpha-beta TCR repertoire. This data provides the highest-resolution investigation of the HIV-affected TCR repertoire to date, to our knowledge. Additionally, the healthy donor and CD4+/CD8+ sorted TCR repertoires presented here make a substantial contribution to the pool of currently publically available human TCR sequences.
