Phytoplankton biomass and traits including environmental data 1979-1999 for Lake Constance

This data set contains medians and interquartil ranges of phytoplankton biomass and zooplankton biomass ("biomass"), the mean relative biomass of phytoplankton biomass ("biomassrel"), the C:P ratio of phytoplankton ("c_p_ratio"), all three measured in Lake Constance between 1979 and 1999, medians and interquartil ranges for phytoplankton trait data based on traits in Bruggeman (2011) and biomass measurements in Lake Constance ("trait"), the calculated mixing intensity based on Bäuerle et al. (1998) ("mixing") and the translation of dates into a standardized year used for plotting all data ("std_year").<br>
