Supplementary data for Beyond traditional emission-line diagnostics: using autoencoders to uncover AGN in DESI spectra

Supplementary material to DESI's publication "Beyond traditional emission-line diagnostics: using autoencoders to uncover AGN in DESI spectra" to comply with the data management plan. The archive includes all machine-readable data used to generate the figures presented in the paper, the preprocessed data used as input to the SPENDER autoencoder, the resulting latent-space representations and classifications, stacked spectra and spectral fitting products, as well as example Jupyter notebooks illustrating the analysis workflow. The ReadMe file provides more details about the files.
