Code and data for: How many directional moments are enough? Sharp symmetry-aware wave-excitation certificates for offshore structures

This deposit contains the executable research code, exact input manifests, processed NOAA National Data Buoy Center directional-spectral datasets, OpenFAST/WAMIT reference inputs, sealed numerical output ledgers, figure source data, publication figures, tests, environment specification and cryptographic inventory supporting the manuscript “How many directional moments are enough? Sharp symmetry-aware wave-excitation certificates for offshore structures”. The archive provides one-command integrity verification and regeneration of the compact scientific summary, five figures, grayscale QA renders and all figure source-data tables. The main and supplementary manuscripts, manuscript bibliography and rendered manuscript PDFs are deliberately excluded. Licensing: original software is released under the MIT License; original data, documentation and figures are released under CC BY 4.0. NOAA/NDBC and OpenFAST/r-test materials retain their applicable upstream terms, as detailed in LICENSES.md and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md.
