"This dataset includes drug-drug interaction (DDI) and drug-target interaction (DTI) annotation data used for training and evaluation in the manuscript of MIRA2drug framework. The data files are processed and stored in .arrow format for efficient loading during model development, and they can be reformatted into .json files for easier inspection and review. Each sample contains the fused retrieval evidence-grounded description described in the manuscript, including structured entity information and retrieved biomedical context. The dataset also includes corresponding positive and negative annotation labels for supervised training. Overall, this dataset supports evidence-grounded interaction prediction under standard settings, low-resource settings, and cross-domain evaluation settings."
