The negatives in this series were accumulated by the Publications Unit of the Department of Education and Training. They depict schools, school students, teachers, maps, educational activities and other education-related subject-matter.VPRS 14515 File Prints of Photographs [Publications Branch] consists of prints created from this series. Most of the prints have FILE printed in the centre of the image, and the number handwritten in the corner. VPRS 14517 can be used to make copies not including the FILE label. Note that a useable negative may not exist for each file photograph, and vice-versa.The method used to index these images is subject to further research.
