An assay for transposase-accessible chromatin using sequencing (ATAC-seq) for the H69AR cells was performed and analyzed. The ENCODE ATAC-seq pipeline was used for quality control and statistical signal processing of short-read sequencing data, producing alignments and measures of enrichment. 150 bp paired-end reads were mapped to the reference genome build (human, hg38; mouse, mm10). Differential sites were detected from ATAC-seq experiments using the DiffBind R package.
