This project investigates the transcriptomic response of Haematococcus pluvialis under low-light conditions. Using RNA-Seq technology, we analyzed gene expression changes at multiple time points (0h, 12h, 24h, 48h, and 72h) to understand the mechanisms supporting astaxanthin accumulation. The sequencing was performed on the DNBSEQ platform by BGI, and the resulting data provide valuable resources for exploring stress adaptation and pigment biosynthesis in microalgae.
