CRB checks and conviction data

FOI response: 1) For each of the registered and umbrella bodies, how many criminal records checks were carried out in 2009, 2010 and 2011?
2) How many of these checks disclosed conviction data in 2009, 2010 and 2011? (Please give figures for each of the registered and umbrella bodies). Conviction information only would be ideal.
3) For each of the registered and umbrella bodies which made more than 1,000 CRB applications and led to conviction data being disclosed, please could you break these down by the crime of which the subjects were convicted? Please could you provide this breakdown for 2011 only (rather than 2009, 2010 and 2011)?
