利用混凝土物理力学性能试验方法检测混凝土抗压强度,对比设计抗压强度,进而为混凝土性能是否合格提供基础数据,有利于保障混凝土质量,提升建筑工程结构安全性。混凝土达到设计抗压强度的检测依据国家标准GB/T 50081-2019《混凝土物理力学性能试验方法标准》,按标准方法配合比水泥:水:砂:石:外加剂1:0.45:1.81:2.58:0.020,选择水泥品种及强度等级为普通硅酸盐42.5,石品种及粒径为16-31.5mm,砂粗细程度为中砂制作和标准养护的边长为150mm的立方体试件,在28天龄期用标准试验方法利用检测设备YES-2000压力试验机测得立方体抗压强度。混凝土强度设计等级为C25时,取三个试件通过仪器测出破坏荷载,测得的强度值均应乘以尺寸换算系数,对150mmX150mm试件可取为1.00,从而计算出三个试件的抗压强度,平均值作为组试件抗压强度代表值,再与设计等级强度进行相除,得到最后的达到设计强度百分比。公式如下:达到设计强度(%)={【(破坏荷载1*换算系数1.00)/受压面积+(破坏荷载2*换算系数1.00)/受压面积+(破坏荷载3*换算系数)/受压面积]/3}/设计等级*百分比

This dataset measures the compressive strength of concrete in accordance with the test methods for physical and mechanical properties of concrete, and compares the measured results with the designed compressive strength. It provides basic data for evaluating the conformity of concrete performance, helping to ensure concrete quality and enhance the structural safety of construction engineering. The test for verifying whether concrete reaches the designed compressive strength follows the national standard GB/T 50081-2019 Standard for Test Methods of Physical and Mechanical Properties of Concrete. The mix proportion is set as cement:water:sand:stone:admixture = 1:0.45:1.81:2.58:0.020, using ordinary Portland cement 42.5 as the cement type and strength grade, stones with a particle size range of 16–31.5 mm, and medium sand. Cube specimens with a side length of 150 mm are prepared and cured under standard conditions. The cubic compressive strength is measured at the age of 28 days via the standard test method using the YES-2000 pressure testing machine. When the designed concrete strength grade is C25, three specimens are tested to obtain their failure loads. All measured strength values shall be multiplied by the size conversion factor, which is taken as 1.00 for 150 mm × 150 mm specimens. The compressive strengths of the three specimens are calculated, and their average value is taken as the representative compressive strength of the test group. The representative strength is then divided by the designed strength grade to obtain the final percentage of reaching the designed strength. The formula is as follows: Percentage of Reaching Designed Strength (%) = {[(P₁×k₁)/A + P₂×k₂/A + P₃×k₃/A]/3} / f_d × 100% Where P₁, P₂, P₃ represent the failure loads of the three specimens, k₁=k₂=k₃=1.00 is the size conversion factor for 150 mm×150 mm specimens, A is the compressive cross-sectional area, and f_d is the designed strength grade.
