Epinephelus lanceolatus Raw sequence reads of RNAseq

The hybrid grouper (Epinephelus lanceolatus & Epinephelus fuscoguttatus) were randomly divided into control group (CG), Viral infected group (VG) and bacterial infected group (BG) (twenty fish per group). The fish in VG and BG were intraperitoneally (i.p.) injected with RGNNV and Vibrio alginolyticus, respectively. The fish in CG were i.p. injected with the same amount of PBS. At 24 h post-injection, three fish from each group were randomly selected and the spleen was collected, and immediately frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -80 for further experiment.
