Fresh American Cockroaches nanovesicles Protein Identification Dataset

This project presents a comprehensive proteomic analysis of novel nanovesicles derived from fresh American cockroaches (F-ACNVs). Using LC-MS/MS, we identified 313 proteins encapsulated within F-ACNVs, providing the first detailed protein inventory of this bioactive material. Functional annotation and enrichment analysis revealed a rich repertoire of proteins implicated in key biological processes, including but not limited to oxidoreductase activity, UDP-glycosyltransferase activity, and ribosomal structure. Notably, proteins with potential roles in angiogenesis and wound healing were detected. This dataset serves as a fundamental resource for understanding the molecular composition and therapeutic potential of insect-derived nanovesicles, offering specific protein candidates for future functional studies in regenerative medicine.
