RNA-sequencing data from MDA-MB231 breast cancer cells, U87MG glioblastoma cells, and mouse breast cancer PDX models treated with antisense oligonucleotides targeting exon 2 of TRA2B. Additionally, RNA-sequencing data from MDA-MB231 breast cancer cells and U87MG glioblastoma cells treated with siRNAs targeting TRA2B. RNA-sequencing data from MDA-MB231 breast cancer cells nad U87MG glioblastoma cells treated with antisense oligonucleotides targeting exon 2 of TRA2B. Overall design: We examined the differential gene expression and splicing changes in cell lines (MDA-MB231 breast cancer cells and U87MG glioblastoma cells) treated with ASO-1570 (targeting TRA2B) vs a control ASO at different doses (50nM and 200nM). Additionally, we performed similar experiments in breast cancer PDX models treated with ASO-1570 (targeting TRA2B) vs a control ASO at 50mg/kg. Finally, we provide RNA-sequencing data of cell lines (MDA-MB231 breast cancer cells and U87MG glioblastoma cells) treated with siRNAs targeting TRA2B and respective negative controls. We examined the differential gene expression and splicing changes in cell lines treated with 200nM ASO-1570 (targeting tRA2B) vs a 200nM control ASO.
