Assessing the role of dens in the spread, establishment and persistence of sarcoptic mange in an endangered canid

Data of 16 scenarios (8 during the epidemic period and 8 during the endemic period) in which the San Joaquin kit fox population in Bakersfield, California, was simulated and the mite sarcoptes scabiei was introduced (epidemic period) or was already present (endemic period). If the files do not contain the word "endemic" then, it belong to the epidemic period, except for "No disease". <br>The raw outputs files are contain in the zip files. These files start with "No_" or "Fox_"<br>The codes to load these files are also present here.
