Identification of a Novel PP2A Regulator, WNK1, as Critical For Uterine Function

We report the transcriptomic profile of uterine tissues obtained from the control (Wnk1f/f) and Wnk1 cKO (PGRCre/+;Wnk1f/f) mice during pseudopregnancy day 4.5. RNA-seq analyses were conducted on whole uterus during the receptive phase of pseudopregnancy.本研究报道了假孕第4.5天时，从对照组（Wnk1f/f）及Wnk1条件性敲除（Wnk1 cKO，基因型为PGRCre/+;Wnk1f/f）小鼠体内分离的子宫组织的转录组谱。本研究于假孕子宫内膜受容期对完整子宫开展了RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析。
