Coccoliths 4D-STEM nanobeam electron diffraction dataset

4D STEM diffraction frames of coccoliths taken with a scanning nanobeam in a scanning transmission electron microscope. The data was recorded with an ELA direct detection device (DECTRS AG, Baden, Switzerland) in a CEFID electron energy loss spectrometer (CEOS GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany) in energy-filtered mode. The data are compressed. The uncompressed data (approximately 10 GB) is stored in the PantaRhei (CEOS GmbH, Heidelberg, Germany) .prz format, a serialized python object. To open the data in Python, use the numpy module with the numpy.load() command and the 'pickle' option set: fh=np.load("DataCube_CH2_1.prz", allow_pickle=True).
