The scale height (SH) represents the height increment for a certain parameter to decrease to 36.7% (1/e) of its value at a certain height. We utilized extensive atmospheric profile data from the ERA5 dataset over a 10-year period (2013-2022) to accurately calculate the values of these six key tropospheric parameters. Subsequently, we performed exponential fitting to determine their respective scale heights, leading to the development of a dataset termed ERA5-SH. This dataset contains the scale heights of six crucial tropospheric parameters from 2013 to 2022, with a temporal resolution of one hour and a spatial resolution of one degree, covering 65,160 grid sites worldwide. This is the second part of the dataset, which includes ten years of data for three parameters (PWVSH, WVSH, and TmSH). Each parameter is stored as a separate MAT file for each year.
