AIM-AHEAD Year 4 CLIANQ - Project 2346 Dataset

Project Title: AI/ML–Based Risk Prediction of Pediatric Asthma Severity Project Awardee: Anand Gourishankar This dataset is derived from the OCHIN Community Health Database – AIM‑AHEAD Year 4 and implemented as a set of views. It includes children ages 2–17 with an asthma diagnosis between 2012 and 2024, supporting prediction of asthma severity and exacerbation outcomes using longitudinal clinical history. The dataset includes patient demographics (sex, age, race, ethnicity, language, payer, federal poverty level, and ZIP/ZCTA), visit‑level data across outpatient, urgent care, hospital, emergency department, and intensive care settings, provider information, vital signs (including BMI), condition diagnoses defining asthma phenotypes and comorbidities, immunization records, laboratory results related to allergy and inflammation markers, medication exposures including bronchodilators and selected biologic therapies, procedure data related to asthma control and healthcare utilization, and structured patient screening data where present.
