Simple download service (Atom) of the dataset: Detailed requirements of the local planning plan of SAINT-JULIEN-DE-GRAS-CAPOU

The surface requirements of the local planning plan (LDP) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. The requirements of a PLU are defined in Article R123-11 of the Urban Planning Code and are presented in the form of information which appears on the graphic documents of the PLU. A requirement which superimposes on an area of the planning document generally imposes an additional constraint on the settlement of the area.
In this dataset are the surface requirements of TYPE 01 (classified wooded spaces) and 05 (reserved spaces) if they appear on the graphic documents of the PLU.

本数据集依据法国国家地理信息委员会（CNIG）的国家级规范，完成了地方规划方案（Local Planning Plan, LDP）地表管控要求的数字化处理。地方城市规划方案（Plan Local d'Urbanisme, PLU）的管控要求在《城市规划法典》R123-11条中予以明确定义，并以信息条目形式呈现在PLU的图形文档中。叠加于规划文档某一区域的管控要求，通常会对该区域的开发建设活动施加额外约束条件。
本数据集包含01类（分类林地，classified wooded spaces）与05类（预留用地，reserved spaces）的地表管控要求，前提是这些要求出现在PLU的图形文档中。
