Overview
This replication package provides anonymized data, analysis code, and step-by-step instructions to reproduce the paper’s main empirical results (tables and accompanying statistics). Due to licensing and data-use restrictions, the original datasets cannot be shared. We therefore supply an anonymized dataset in which country identifiers and any other directly identifying fields have been removed. With this anonymized data, users can reproduce all reported tables; results that depend on non-shareable identifiers are noted where applicable. Please refer to the README file for more details.
