Astraeus_phylogenomics_FigShare

This batch of data contains raw protein sequences, trimmed alignments and files used for phylogenomic reconstruction of Astraeus odoratus. In this study, we generated the draft genome for this ectomycorrhizal fungus, representing the first reference genome for Diplocystidiaceae, Boletales, Basidiomycota. We attempted to perform phylogenomic analyses to verify the phylogenetic placement of this fungus whether it matches the current taxonomy.
