Purpose: Pilot transcriptome and BCR repertoire analysis of tetanus-specific B cells and B cells with an unknown specificity of rheumatoid arthritis patients.Methods: Human B lymphocytes were isolated with FACS sort from peripheral blood mononuclear cells isolated from blood of rheumatoid arthritis patients. Single cell libraries were prepared according to the the SmartSeq2 protocol and sequenced on an Illumina HiSeq2500.
