银行业科技金融场景下的知识产权质押融资数据

本数据以银行机构的科技金融信贷产品为载体，根据知识产权融资场景制定数据搜集表达式，以国家知识产权局专利公告的数据信息为基础，通过专利质押的法律信息检索、标引、加工、分类而成出质人、质权人、债权人、债务人、法律事件、新型产业分类等数据集合。该数据集以银行机构为数据设定基础，共包含 3个子数据集分别为基础数据集、出质人数据集、质押专利数据集。通过分析本数据集合中各个数据要素，可以快速有效识别各银行机构对于知识产权质押融资的业务量分布、专利质押企业情况和专利质押情况

This dataset takes the tech-financial credit products of banking institutions as its carrier, and formulates data collection specifications aligned with intellectual property (IP) financing scenarios. Grounded in the patent announcement data from the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA), it generates a series of datasets including pledgor, pledgee, creditor, debtor, legal events, and new-type industrial classification through retrieval, indexing, processing and classification of legal information related to patent pledges. Built on the business scenarios of banking institutions, this dataset comprises three sub-datasets, namely the basic dataset, the pledgor dataset and the pledged patent dataset. By analyzing various data elements within this dataset, stakeholders can rapidly and efficiently identify the business volume distribution of intellectual property pledge financing, the profiles of enterprises involved in patent pledges, and the overall status of patent pledge businesses across different banking institutions.
