Processed ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data (version 2) acquired along the Mid-Atlantic Ridge during the Knorr expedition KN166-08 (2002)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based SeaBeam 2112 Multibeam Sonar system during Knorr expedition KN166-08 conducted in 2002 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Michael McCartney). These data files are of MBSystem format and include Swath Bathymetry, Sidescan, and Acoustic Backscatter data and were processed by the GMRT Team using the open source MB-System multibeam sonar processing software as part of the GMRT Synthesis effort.
