This dataset is constructed by collecting and analyzing demand data and consumption-related data of customers for knee-high boots in the Beijing area, to understand the purchasing power level and consumption preferences of customers towards knee-high boots, as well as the market sales status of knee-high boots in Beijing, so as to provide references for enterprises in the footwear industry to formulate sales strategies for knee-high boots, and better deliver personalized products and services to users.
1. Data Collection: Collect transaction order data related to the demand for knee-high boots from the company's customers in the Beijing area.
2. Data Processing: Classify, merge and accumulate the collected data to facilitate subsequent analysis.
3. Algorithm Processing: Conduct demand analysis on the processed data with the formula: P = { (a₁ / b₁) + (a₂ / b₂) + (a₃ / b₃) } × k, where k is the consumption coefficient that varies across regions. According to empirical values, the k value for Jiangsu region is 0.8. Here, a₁ refers to the minimum order quantity per single transaction, b₁ refers to the minimum consumption amount per single transaction; a₂ refers to the maximum order quantity per single transaction, b₂ refers to the maximum consumption amount per single transaction; a₃ refers to the average order quantity, and b₃ refers to the average consumption amount.
4. Data Classification and Grading: Divide customers into three levels of "high", "medium" and "low" based on the calculated demand level: marked as "high level" for scores above 90, "medium level" for scores between 70 and 90, and "low level" for scores below 70. This helps the company gain a better understanding of its customers: communicate with high-level customers 1 to 2 times per month, with medium-level customers 1 to 2 times per quarter, and with low-level customers 1 to 2 times every six months, so as to develop more precise production and marketing strategies.
