Information on 12 VZV DNA samples collected from blisters or spinal fluid in Japan. In this study, they were amplified by long PCR for the ORF62 region. The positions of the amplicons range from 105,557 to 107,349. After PCR-Clean up and library adjustment, they were sequenced in Nanopore's Flongle flow cell (R10.4.1) and the acquired after the fast5 files basecalling. With this method, we tried to determine the VZV strain for vaccine or wild type.
