Special Planned Districts

Special Planned Districts, Refinement Plans, Area Plans and Master Plans describe in more detail the type of development planned for a specific area than is typically found in a Comprehensive Plan, zone map, or public facilities plan. This polygon feature class includes all districts and areas defined in Chapter 2.7 of the Bend Development Code. For additional details please refer to the Bend Development Code - Chapter 2.7. Data is updated as changes are approved by City Council.
