Es werden Überlegungen und Konzepte zur Bedeutung von Supervision in der Weiterbildung von PsychotherapeutInnen im Integrativen Verfahren vorgetragen. Perspektiven der Supervisionsforschung zur Entwicklung supervisorischer Kompetenz und Performanz werden mit Blick auf die supervisorische Begleitung von Behandlungsjournalen als Dokumentationen von Therapieprozessen dargestellt. Ihre Dokumentation in begleiteten Supervisionsjournalen wird als wichtige Strategie der Qualitätssicherung vorgestellt. Considerations and concepts on the importance of supervision in the training of psychotherapists in the integrative approach to psychotherapy are presented. Perspectives of Supervision Research on the Development of supervisory Competence and Performance are presented with reference to the supervisorical accompaniment of treatment journals as documentation of therapy processes.
