This dataset comprises 53 job shop scheduling instances. Each instance contains details of the jobs to be scheduled, machine assignments for every operation, the sequential order of operations within each individual job, and the processing time of each operation. These instances are employed to compare the performance of the ARPN model and the Pattern model, and all instances can be solved within a 10-minute time limit. The dataset covers diverse scenarios where the number of jobs ranges from 6 to 30 and the number of machines spans from 5 to 15. This dataset is intended for job shop scheduling optimization tasks.
