RNAseq for the study of the olive fruit development

Samples were collected from 3 olive trees of the Picual variety throughout the fruit development process. For each olive tree, the first sample was collected on the first day of flowering, the second at 15 days of flowering, and subsequently samples were collected monthly up to 6 months after flowering. All the samples collected came from the south-facing part of the olive tree canopy.
