This repository contains the codes and data used to generate the results for the following preprint: Dilimulati Aierken, Vita Zhang, Rachel Sealfon, John C. Marecki, Kevin D. Raney, Amy S. Gladfelter, Jerelle A. Joseph and Christine A. Roden, Biomolecular condensates control and are defined by RNA-RNA interactions that arise in viral replication.There are two main folders. One for RNA probing data and the other one for molecular dynamics simulations. Detailed explanations are included in README.md.
