TE-SCALE

The first database of pan-cancer transposable element (TE) expression at single-cell resolution, covering 1,317,803 cells across 20 cancer types based on a large volume of scRNA-seq datasets. Multi-layer analyses were performed to characterize TE activity in tumor microenvironments, identify tumor-specific TEs, and enable in-depth functional exploration.本数据库为首个支持单细胞分辨率泛癌转座因子（transposable element, TE）表达分析的专业数据库，依托大规模单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）数据集构建，涵盖20种癌症类型的1317803个细胞。该数据库通过开展多层级分析，对肿瘤微环境中的转座因子活性进行系统表征，识别肿瘤特异性转座因子，并为深入的功能探索研究提供支撑。
