This record contains de-identified derived datasets, aggregate outputs, analysis scripts and quality-control records supporting a normal-skin drug-target expression atlas linked to drug-level cutaneous safety signals. The package covers a 131-target panel, normal-skin single-cell summaries, body-site and appendage analyses, GTEx tissue-window classifications, ChEMBL and FDA-label drug-target mapping, FAERS signal screening, leave-one-dataset-out validation, Human Protein Atlas directional concordance, weighted sensitivity analyses and final hypothesis tables. Full-text articles, raw CELLxGENE caches, GTEx source files, openFDA raw responses, HPA source archives and other licensed source data are not included. This is version v1.0.
