We performed a RNA-Seq of several engineered S. cerevisiae strains, which are enhanced for protein production by metabolic engineering. From this analysis we could identify transcriptional changes in strains with higher protein production. 581KP=strain H29; 581CRcY= strain H36; K1H2V= strain H74; 2VPS= strain H79.
