The goal of this study was to systematically evaluate transcriptional responses to low-frequency electromagnetic field (EL-EMF) exposure in vivo and to assess the biological specificity, temporal controllability, and safety of EMF-induced gene regulation across multiple tissues. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed on brain, liver, and kidney tissues following prolonged EL-EMF exposure compared to unexposed controls to identify candidate EMF-responsive genes, determine whether EMF induces coherent or sustained transcriptional programs at the tissue level, and assess potential stress-related, inflammatory, or pathological transcriptional responses associated with EMF stimulation.
