To investigate the function of Acacetin in regulating CD4+ T cell activation, we activated CD4+ T cells from normal BALB/c mice with CD3/CD28 antibody and treated them with different concentrations of acacetin. Then, we performed gene expression profiling using data obtained by RNA-seq of three different concentrations of acacetin. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling of RNA-seq data from activated CD4+ T cells treated with different concentrations of acacetin.
